Forest Heights Baptist Church first organized as an Independent Baptist church on June 13, 1965. 

The church became a Southern Baptist mission under Wright Baptist Church in 1972. 

Forest Heights Baptist Church was constituted as a Southern Baptist Church in 1976 and remains so today.

It is our desire to worship the Lord, serve our neighbors, and to equip the saints for the work of the ministry.

We are a church with a rich history of serving the Lord. We are smaller in number than some, but powerful in the Lord to do His will in our community, to reach the lost, to teach the Bible, and minister to the hurting.
